THE CONTRUCTION OF 485 HOMES IN LA HAUTE BORNE
The housing section located at the northern end of La Haute Borne Science Park complements the already existing Ascq housing district and provides a total of 485 homes that look onto a body of water and a landscaped park.
The housing development scheme included a “property developer–architect” competition in which a jury chose three winners.
Construction began in the spring of 2005 and the first set of homes is expected to be ready for spring 2006. All homes should be completed by the end of 2007.
