Le premier programme de bureaux à Très Haute Performance Energétique
- A new project featuring three High Energy
Perfomance (HEG) office buildings totalling
18,400 square metres. This project will be
a technical and technological showcase for
sustainable construction by Norpac.
The first building has already been taken.
Delivery of the second building with a
surface area of 6,000 square metres is
planned for the end of 2009 or early 2010.
This project has been designed by the
architect A. Zubléna, who is noted mainly
as the architect of the French national
stadium, the “Stade de France”. This project
will be completed by the construction
of the service centre for the science park.
